One Man's Thoughts on Why Get Nude for Relaxation

Why Get Naked? I 'd never given much consideration to truly being a naturist. My girlfriend and I 'd dropped the idea around a bit, but I'd never taken it too seriously.

More often than not, I wear clothes around the flat. To be fair, that's because I get cold. If I am warm, I take them off.

I 'd thought about becoming nude around people once I was a freshman in school, but that was in the circumstance of a party where people are getting drunk and doing insane things.

For me, the idea of taking off being and getting nakedin front of people was a way of coming out of my shell. I used ton't get nude because it was comforting, I did it because it was exciting and, for the people around me, a tad shocking.

Nonetheless, I Have always had a bound. I figured being in your knickers isn't any different from what you wear at the strand, so that's no big deal, but I wouldn't go beyond that.

At some time, it was one of several prudish notions I had. I had never been naked around anyone I wasn't having sex with, and the notion can be chilling for a first-timer. But I also do not feel any special aversion to the naked notion either. Besides those first-time jitters, I think about the thought and ask, Why not?

My body has its imperfections, but those can be seen when I am in my underwear or a swimsuit in addition to when I'm naked. In fact, overall I am pretty happy with my body.

Getting Naked and Being Unclothed Is About Relaxation

I simply find myself caring about the problem less and less. It is not a fire for being nude that draws me to nudism, but ambivalence about being clothed. For some individuals it may be about a thrill, or a movement, or even some kind of cause, but for me it's just about being comfortable.
